    Thank you to all of our parents who supported all the field trips this week!

    Staff Appreciation Month  We are celebrating our staff for the whole month of May.  Feel free to show your appreciation for your scholar’s staffCandy, card, flower, lunch , coffee, etc.

    Madagascar  Tonight and tomorrow at 7pm at the AEC, our wonderful Bancroft students will be performing Madagascar.  Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students.

    Field Trips   If your student is going on a field trip, make sure to have all permission slips turned in. Also 6th grade can use drivers.

    Day of Hope  Tomorrow, Sat May 18 at the BLC from 9am-12pm, is a Day of Hope.  There will be haircuts, family portraits, shoes, lunch, health screenings and more, but most of all everything is free. While supplies last.

    Yearbooks  Have you bought your yearbook yet?  Yearbooks are still on sale for $35. There are less than 100 left. Please don’t miss out. Thank you for your support.

    SLED  Did you know that SLED has given Bancroft over $4000 over the past three years to enhance the education and activities for our scholars?  This year alone they have offered $5000 worth of scholarships to teachers. Please consider donating to SLED.

    8th grade Activities  Just a reminder to all 8th grade parents that as part of the San Leandro Unified School District’s 8th grade Promotion & Activities criteria, 8th grade students cannot have more than 2 F’s in the 3rd & 4th quarter combined.

    Supervision Please be advised that there is no campus supervision before 8am and after 4:00pm. Please make every effort to drop off at 8am and pick up your student directly after school. Students who are waiting for rides should wait in front of the school, and students who are hanging out on campus will be asked to leave.
